I’ve been a ticket broker for 44 years. Years ago and up until quite recently, we would mail just about all of our customer ticket purchases to our client’s home or place of business. This way the customers would have the tickets in their possession, simply go to the theater, concert or sporting event they were attending and enjoy the event.
For several years now, many event producers have been issuing mobile tickets around the country and now Broadway events have mostly gone mobile. It’s a really simple concept for people.
